It is our desire to offer collectors of fine autographs and memorabilia the opportunity to acquire items of the utmost authenticity and quality, all backed by a lifetime guarantee of authenticity. Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity which is more than just a piece of paper: it's an iron clad bond issued by a member of the mainstream autograph community who has a reputation as a full time and respected dealer.

RETURN POLICY:
If any item we sell is declared to be not authentic, we may, in certain cases, ask for at least 3 written opinions from competent authorities acceptable to us. We will refund the purchase price after documentation has been established. If we make an honest mistake on any item we sell, a refund without question is immediately refunded.

We work one on one with our customers and do many private sales, purchasing pieces specifically for our customers, and searching around the globe to seek specific pieces our customers have requested. SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped via Priority Mail, or FedEx upon receipt and clearance of payment. The standard shipping charge is $9.50 per package(fee increase for larger size/weight).
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXIES LIABILITIES:
All customers will be responsible for any taxes or duties due upon delivery or pick-up of merchandise for overseas or out-of country orders. Trish Hessey Autographs does not assume responsibility or accept responsibility for duties and taxes required to be paid for for foreign shipments. It is the responsibility of our buyers and customers to assume, accept, and pay duties for shipments from Trish Hessey Autographs coming from our shipping location in California, U.S.A..
PAYMENT:
All items are to be paid for by PayPal which accepts all major credit cards, cashier's check, or personal check made to "Trish Hessey". All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
